3/8” pop-off union offering a single passage for collant or MQL. Its pop-off technology allows unlimited dry running without media pressure. The full-flow design has no obstructions to trap swarf or debris. It is also bearing-supported with a threaded rotor for easy installation. Dual angular contact ball bearings are present, as well as a labyrinth system and large vents to protect them. Balanced mechanical seals made from silicon carbide bring long life even under difficult operating conditions. Lastly, the union’s anodized aluminum housing resists corrosion.
